Casa Medusa is situated at the edge of Mala, a little village about 30 km north of the airport. She is 130 years old with 60 cm thick walls of lavastone and loam and its original style and floorplan have been kept and restored. Typical for Canarian houses is the cosy patio (inner courtyard), meeting point and center of the building.

The spacious roof terrace offers you a roundview over the spectacular landscape, the play of light that is so magical and impressive on Lanzarote, over cactus gardens, the sea, the vulcanoes, over sunrises and sunsets. Having breakfast, being lazy, enjoying yourself.
At the back of the lava garden, that is typical for the island, there is a further sunbathing area for those who would like to retreat. All sunbathing spots have deckchairs and chaise lounges with wheels.
